Στη διάθεση του κοινού είναι πλέον οι τροποποιήσεις στους κανονισμούς αγώνων και τους τεχνικούς κανονισμούς που εγκρίθηκαν τον Μάιο, τον Αύγουστο και τον Δεκέμβριο του 2023 από την World Athletics.
